Go to the product page, choose a pot or accessory, add it to your cart, fill in your details, choose your payment method, and checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a Track & Trace code upon shipment.

Absolutely! You can choose the address you want your order delivered to during checkout—for example, your partner's, grandmother's, neighbor's, or teacher's. First, enter your own details as the billing address and then enter the recipient's delivery address. Just make sure you use your own email address so only you receive the order confirmation. That way, the surprise really is a surprise!

At Planten Magie, we like to keep things clear: all prices include VAT. Our plants are subject to 9% VAT, and their non-living friends – such as decorative pots – are subject to 21% VAT.

We don't include an invoice with the package. You'll receive one from us by email. This way, we use less paper and it's still nice if the plant is intended as a gift – after all, no one wants to find an invoice among the leaves!
