Thanks to their thick, fleshy leaves, they store water, making them perfect for dry homes and busy schedules. Location & light

• Succulents like a lot of light ; a bright, sunny spot is ideal.
• A south, east or west-facing windowsill is perfect, provided there are sufficient hours of sunshine.
• In too little light they become elongated and lose their compact, full shape.

Water & care

• Very low maintenance : only water when the soil feels completely dry.
• Better too little than too much water – overly wet soil is the biggest enemy of succulents.
• In spring and summer, usually give a little water once every 2–3 weeks, in winter even less.
• Preferably use a well-draining cactus or succulent soil to prevent root rot.
